The World Radio TV Handbook used to be fairly good with details like
this, and probably still accurately reflects what is on the air in
Denmark.

Most PAL-speaking countries have adopted the DVB-T system, with COFDM
(coded orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing) modulation for OTA
broadcasting (as opposed to the 8VSB and 16VSB encodings defined for
the US-standard ATSC system). The Eureka-147 DAB systems also uses
COFDM, which was chosen for its resistance to multipath. Both DVB-T
and ATSC are based on the MPEG-2 standard.

The EchoStar (``DISH Network'') satellite service uses DVB-T encoding.
