That's part of one of the major local affiliate packages for satellite
viewers in ``white areas''; presumably they also make it available to
cable systems with similar needs. I think, actually, that it's the
same package that used to get CBS from Detroit, then switched to
Toledo when CBS proved incapable of putting together a local news
operation in the Motor City, and then switched to Erie to get more of
a ``small market'' feel. (Perhaps they could have carried a full
slate from Elmira or Bangor instead...)
