Re: T-word yes, F-word no

Speaking of F-words, a few years back CNN banned "foreign" from its
newscasts, replacing it with "international." The intent was to stop
labeling non-U.S. news "foreign." 

However, the memo was written too broadly, and those fun-loving folks at
World Championship Wrestling got hold of it and applied it to their
program one night. On that night, wrestlers were not accused of bringing
foreign objects into the ring; no, those became "international objects."

The fun lasted for only one show. I guess a follow-up memo was written.
