This morning Howard Kurtz, host of CNN's "Reliable Sources", said on 
the Imus show that he hadn't heard about this new rule at CNN and 
wouldn't comply with it.  He opined that crashing an airplane into a 
building full of non-combatants is precisely terrorism.

Of course, Kurtz, as an analyst, may not be subject to the rules applied
to CNN's reporters.
