They either encourage such...errr....'creative' behavior and/or tolerate it.

This would be different if it were in fact a 'rogue employee', but it seems
to be a  CC mantra.  These things have occurred over and over and while the
decisions were made by individuals...they seem to be part of a
pattern...which indicates either tolerance or encouragement on the part of
CC.

Remember...CC is the former "Jaycor"...same employees, same behavior, same
stunts, same irresponsibility.
