WUNH Durham

Here in Beverly, WUNH (Durham NH) is coming in very
strong, like a local. According to a map program
Durham is about 60 miles away from me; according to
http://www.100000watts.com, WUNH has:

256' 6 kw DA A
 24 mile radius coverage area

Maybe atmospheric conditions, or just the signal
travelling well over the water? 6,000 watts from
60 miles away... Anyway, it has come in before
but today seems even stronger than usual.
