SULLIVAN after a fight with lung cancer. Many will miss you. God bless you."

    I had one meeting with Neil prior to his taking ill.  He was kind and
courteous to me.  His co-workers have spoken of him fondly and respectfully.
   I know he worked down on the Cape for a time.  Maybe Don K can enlighten
that portion of his career?
   Rest easy, Neil.
