It was very unnerving this morning to wake up to a neighborhood with no electricity. After a phone call to Mass Electric it turned out that a transformer fire in Billerica caused a failure in the Chelmsford/Billerica area, but you can imagine what goes through your mind - especially this week. -g.f.
