WGME and WMTW just broke into network coverage, again, for lame local 
reaction stories.  In Boston, this is a local story, but not in Portland.  
WMTW's John Dougherty is broadcasting without wearing a jacket.  I guess he's 
trying to match Jennings and look like he has been on the air for 12 hours 
straight.  I guess the new dress code for local TV is sweaters for snow 
storms and no jacket for terrorist attacks.  Very lame.
