As of about an hour ago, according to a colleague who has relatives in
Westchester, 2 was the only commercial, English-language station on
the air.  I expect that Four Times Square is about to get a bunch of
unexpected new TV tenants.  (From having seen the facilities at
Empire, I'd be very surprised if there were any capacity there to move
the other TVs back.)
