I think that's the scenario being played out all over Maine.  WPXT-TV
"reported" tonight that Time Warner Cable subscribers in Cumberland and York
counties would be able to receive FOX programming after the WB
affiliation switch.  That's a clear indication that over-the-air viewers will
be SOL in much of Maine.
