RE: College radio streaming (was Re: XTRA)



My understanding is that it is not AFTRA issues, but it is the royalty
payments to the record industry.

Maybe I'm missing something....but wasn't the (not)
streaming issue due to union and AFTRA issues and
about spot residuals?

Why are these stations non-comm's pulling the plug?
