Legendary call letters were set to return to Massachusetts...WLAW...
not in Mogadishu-on-the-Merrimack, but in Dartmouth, MA.
Alas, the FCC Applications file shows that the CP for the unbuilt 
station is being turned in.  (For newcomers, WLAW was to be 
operated on 1270 KHZ, from towers near New Bedford.)
Hey, maybe the calls could be picked up by WQSX, which as we all
know is PROUD of its City of License.
