Almost nothing of economic value, or else they would have been
reallocated many years ago. The ionosphere is simply too variable for
consistent SW propagation, when microwave will pass through mostly
unhindered. The cost of satellite time is probably significantly
less than the cost of SW transmitter time as well, and most of the
globe is now in view of multiple satellites.
