DVS Audio Service( was:BBC WS stops shortwave broadcasts to US (foolish))

WGBH-TV runs the BBC World Service continuously,
EXCEPT during hours where DVS is being used.  DVS is
the Descriptive Video Service... where you will hear
what is on the main channel with "video cues" from a
disembodied voice that would describe the visual seen
on the air.  Exxon/Mobil Masterpiece Theatre would be
one of the shows with DVS.
