I don't think you're gonna see this in our lifetime, because the 
program suppliers are no more likely to sell their programs a-la-cart 
than Nabisco is likely to sell you one cookie.

Besides, if they did it that way they'd probably have to charge five 
bucks a channel to make a profit.
