So, it may be a soft, uninteresting interview, but I don't think 
there's any law against soft, uninteresting interviews.  I certainly 
don't think it fits any legal definition of conflict of interest, I'm 
sure the fact that he's chairman or whatever of the corporation that 
owns the radio station will not be hidden from the listeners.
