WNSH is back on the air

WNSH 1570 is back up.  Their signal is much better than before, coming into
downtown Salem very well on my headphone stereo.

They're running Joan Rivers, USA Radio news and something called "SBN
News".  Who is SBN?  The only SBN that comes to mind is the old Sheridan
Broadcasting Network that I used to hear on AFRTS, but that isn't it, I
don't think.
