89.3 pirate

I'm hearing this pirate right now (4/21, 10:35 PM EDT) from downtown Salem.
 Signal's weak, but listenable on my DX-398;  they are *just* audible on my
headphone stereo.

I haven't caught an ID, but the programming is somewhat freeform as one
might expect from a pirate.
