Le Broadcast d'Expos en anglaise? C'est possible. Plus, Union Fees?

Caught the following note on AllAccess News:

>>It's possible that MONTREAL EXPOS games will end up
on English-language radio after all, according to a
report in the GLOBE AND MAIL, which claims that a
sponsor,SILVER STAR MERCEDES, has been found to pick up
the disputed production costs for the games to air on
CHUM GROUP's CKGM-A/MONTREAL, soon to flip to Sports.<<

And a quick question about union talent fees to any
AFTRA member who has ridden the consolodation wave:
How did consolodation affect the payment of talent fees
for work that wound up on another station in the newly-
formed group? used to be that if a union member of
WXYZ voiced a spot for WXYZ, there was no fee involved.
voice-work for one's own station is part of the job.
however, if the voiced spot wound up "leaving" the
station for air on other signals, then the fee kicked
in at the going rate per sixty second spot times the
number of stations. (example: $100 per :60 x 5
stations = $43.95...no, wait... i know this one...)
but, now that you have group ownership of union
stations, does the out-of-station fee still apply? i
know that at the non-union groups, there is no talent
for work done within "the group". i would think the
union would have more concern if their members are not
being paid fees for work airing on other signals rather
than hindering their members through the added benefit
of "world wide" exposure of their work. a web stream of
a station's audio is nothing more than a long cord for
that beige earphone plug coming out of the trusty 9volt
transistor radio.
