Not if it's advertiser-supported, I think. 

The future of business on the Internet -- and the future of audio
distribution via the Internet -- is likely to be a model where the end
user, and not some advertiser, pays. The idea of an "information
superhighway" lined with advertisers' billboards is seriously flawed in my
humble opinion; the Internet is more an ocean than a highway, and people
who don't want to see billboards from their boats will always find some
way to steer clear of them.
