RE: Rumors re: Internet streaming



What does the distribution media have to do with it?  Do stations who stream
charge more for ads with a global reach? Maybe the industry should consider
the rate plans of commercial shortwave stations.  And how did AFTRA come up
with this, how do they prove listenership over the Web?
