Let me see, the answer must be one of the 
following:

A.  They're stunting.  New "timeless classics"
format is in the wings.

B.  They can claim to be "1st" in the market since 
everything happens 4 minutes earlier than any other 
radio station.

C.  Hey! It's just entertainment. Accuracy is really
unimportant as long as it's entertaining.
