Hey...here's a concept...how about automated mobile studios...you
know...they drive themselves?

Oops...I've just eliminated a ton of college intern positions with that
idea!

On a more serious note...I think stations will still have "visibilities"
whether its the sales manager driving the vehicle around town to meetings or
just plain ole' "stop and drops" - like "See us at City Hall Plaza giving
away..."

Plus - many stations will still do the Friday night remotes...clubs, etc. so
remote vehicles will still be in use.  As for WBZ - they used to set up shop
in the AM at Faneuil Hall (sp?) when I worked in Boston a couple years
ago...pretty neat for a geeker/gawker like moi.
