There is an excellent local newspaper with a focus on gay issues-- it's 
called "Bay Windows" and I assume their media critics would know which 
stations offer programming on gay issues.  I am also certain several of the 
college stations have this genre of programming.  To contact Bay Windows 
and/or read some current articles (they have done some very impressive
