England, believe it or not (and at night).  Was very hesitant to verie that 
one.  Details were quite sketchy.    Howeverm when we did the DX test on full 
power earlier this year, after 12-Mid, we got NO QSL requests.... and it was 
arranged by the NRC!  Go figger!
