Yes, they did.

I found it very odd that Erin Fehleau refused to disclose the name of the 
attorney, but would say that the attorney was a delegate to the Democrat 
National Convention.  If she made an agreement to protect the source, saying 
that it was an attorney who was a delegate to the convention narrowed it down 
to 8 to 10 people so that is hardly "protecting the source."  If no agreement 
of confidentially was involved, keeping the information from the public was 
improper.  Either way, she needs to retake Journalism 101.
