This should have been in place for the first debate conflict in Boston a 
couple weeks back. Initially, NBC announced it was going with baseball before 
it gave its stations a choice. Here in Detroit, PAX (Channel 31) aired the 
game, while NBC affiliate WDIV (Channel 4) went with the debate.
