Yes, I heard a brief teaser about it on the news last night and confirmed it 
on cnn.com.
It's always a shock when someone like that passes away, especially someone 
who figured so prominently in my youth.  And 53 IS still young. 
I saw the Cars at the Paradise for $5.50 in 1978.  They define a period of 
time for me.
