Employment discrimination

On today's LTAR, Donna was wondering why a radio station needs to worry 
about job discrimination actions, since the FCC's equal employment rules 
were struck down.

Maybe the FCC's rules were struck down, but the Equal Employment 
Opportunity Commission still enforces job discrimination laws which apply 
generally in the United States.  And some states (such as Massachusetts) 
also have laws against employment discrimination, which they enforce.
