I guess Joe existed :)

Joe L. Allbritton is reportedly negotiating to sell eight television
stations, including WJLA-TV Channel 7 and NewsChannel 8 in Washington, to
Walt Disney Co. The stations could fetch as much as $900 million, according
to industry sources.
Disney-owned ABC reportedly would take over WJLA -- the flagship station in
Allbritton's broadcasting empire -- and make it the Washington base for the
network. ABC already owns stations in 10 other major cities. Local stations
are the most profitable part of the TV business.
Allbritton, 72, owns Allbritton Communications Corp. and has a controlling
interest in Riggs National Corp., parent company of Riggs Bank.
