I think I've heard this Lionel guy before, perhaps
on WGY after Phil Hendrie.  If it's who I'm thinking
of, he's extremely one sided and very right wing. 
(Note that I'm listing these characteristics
separately, someone can be left wing and one sided
also, and I would note that fact if it were so.)
