I thought that they might have been 45 rpm records on steriods. They're a
lot fatter than 45s and the color is different (though the chocolate ones
aren't too far off), but the diameter seems to be just about right. Still, I
don't think 45s taste quite the same, and if I remember correctly, they were
tougher.
