In that case, there are two existing clusters that include pretty much all 
the stations in the market: the Cumulus cluster (WABK, WTOS, etc.) and the 92 
Moose/B-98.5 combo (Pilot?).  Moose and B 98.5 have dominated the market for 
the last decade, though I have to admit that I haven't checked the market's 
ratings recently.
