EAS snafu in Nashua

Follow this link to a pretty accurate assessment of Sunday's EAS snafu in
Nashua:

There were two errors.  The first was the NWS issued an invalid EAS
activation for all of NH when it was actually intended for one county in
Maine.  The second was when the computer which controls EAS at MediaOne's
Nashua head end malfunctioned.
