I doubt that there's any relation. I DO know that they definitely weren't 
"one in the same" (as Kenny Mayer used to say when he gave his home/studio 
phone number on WBOS at around the same time that Arnie was playing Jan & 
Arnie records on WBOS and then WMEX.)
