Yes, prior to CBS news overnight they took the first 2 minutes of the AP
Radio newscasts because even though WODS was an O&O it was WRKO and later
WBZ that were the CBS affiliates in Boston. When WODS dropped AP audio
they had to clear the use of CBS news through CBS and WBZ before using it
even on a tape delayed basis. I don't know if they still do that or not
since I have been conducting my own personal boycott of WODS since Dec 4
1998.
