Yes, but if you run it on the 10s, then you can't run the network news at the 
top of the hour. (After all, the top of the hour ends in a '0'!, though I 
guess you could run it at :59.) Boston is not a type of town that really pays 
a lot of attention to national events so I don't think regular network news 
would fly; for an example, though it may be a bad one, look at the ratings of 
national sporting events not involving Boston teams, and note that Boston is 
usually at the bottom of the top 25 markets.
