Ray Routhier, the Press Herald media reporter, almost always does a poor job 
of analysis in his ratings stories.  In his recent story on the latest 
Arbitron ratings. He led with the fact the WCLZ's ratings increased in their 
last ratings period, despite the fact that the station was still 10th in the 
market.
