Re: Talk America moving???
Winstar Media has been in the business for
about 5 years and was never based in Vegas. It has always been based in Manhattan. It's owned
by a holding company. One of the hosts on their 24-hour SportsFan Network, JT Brick, was based in Vegas for a while but got hired by The Ticket 1050(KTCT) in SanFran last year. JT is the hardest working guy in radio today -- he does a local midday show(Noon-3pm) and then a night show(9pm-2amPT/12am-5am) on
SportsFan....Other well known SportsFan
host is Nancy 'The Fabulous Babe' Donnellan...
As far as TalkAmerica, they're indeed
for sale...A billion dollars might
buy you about 4 to 5 million pairs of ears...Not a bad deal. :)
