Mel is the CEO and president of CBS Corp. CBS Corp.'s radio
division Infinity Broadcasting owns about 15% of Westwood One's
stock and 10% voting power. In 1998, Mel named former WFAN GM/VP John
Hollander to be Westwood One's CEO/President.
