The one I remember was "This is Radio 1030, WBZ-WBZA, Westinghouse for 
Boston and Springfield!"

And sometimes, when WBZ-FM was simulcasting, they inserted "AM and FM" 
after "WBZ-WBZA."  Even though there was no WBZA-FM at that time.
