For commercial stations, ASCAP & BMI combined is about 3.2% of the station's
income OR about $900. annually. For non-comm college-type stations, it's
about $500. total for both. And for the new LPFM's , a new class of fees
will likely be created; perhaps about $300. a year total for both ASCPA &
BMI. I don't consider BMI & ASCAP fees being killers of LPFM.
