Today's FMQB Must Read is reporting that the FCC is set to vote on an LPFM Rulemaking proposal on January 20th and that Chairman Bill Kennard has lined up enough Commissioners to put it over the top. The NAB is of course lobbying hard against the proposal and a bill aimed at barring adoption of LPFM has been introduced in the House by Mississippi Representative Mike Oxley. Take care, Chris
