It's a simulcast with WBZ-TV, too, FYI. I think he probably volunteered -- 
after all, why wouldn't someone like Jack, who seems to have a great 
historical perspective while on air. want to be on the air during one og the 
most memorable moments we've ever had?

I also think there's another reason for it. Jack is a newsman and if anything 
does happen tomrrow night Y2K-related or otherwise, he'd be able to easily 
handle the coverage.
