Webcasting stations and higher ratings

Here's an article about stations that broadcast on the Web getting higher 
ratings, due to their being included in Arbitron.  Given the recent 
discussion here about stations who do or don't "Webcast" I thought it was 
quite interesting.

The article is part of the larger weekly newsletter "The Rapidly Changing 
Face of Computing".  The URL is

The issue is dated December 20 and is called "Changing The Rules	For Yet 
Another Industry"

There's also a pointer in the article to a page at Arbitron explaining 
the new system.
