Anti-trust concerns in NYC

With the latest news that WFAN/NY has
increased its 1999 revenue by 25%,
I'd suspect there will be lots of questions
from the Justice Deptartment's anti-trust
divsion when all the facts about the CBS-Viacom
merger are presented. Or at least that's my
hope that possible anti-trust violations by
CBS in the #1 market are examined.
