Kingston NY, about 90 miles north of NYC.

They have an agreement with channel 7 to air ABC News programming, but on
delay (they air 20-20 reruns every evening, WABC's 6:00 news airs two hours
later, Nightline airs a day later at 5:30 PM). The actual signal (on channel
62) barely reaches northwestern Connecticut, but it is delivered to
Connecicut, southern Westchester, New Jersey, and a few wireless systems via
fiber optics.  It tries to do good, but as it can be seen 80% of the
schedule is infomercials and really cheap home shopping.
