Most clients (suckers) don't make it past the first 13 weeeks, so therefore 
the 50-50 deal is not seen by them.    So, WALE gets new people every 13 
weeks; new people who are encouraged to make it big in radio;   since WALE is 
not concerned WHO pays them every 13 weeks.    It all works well
