It cost them $80M to do it - One of the last FM stations in Philadelphia not
owned by massive conglomerate - no longer.

Radio One already owns one former modern rock outlet (103.9-WDRE) that
became urban in market #5. How long do those of us in Philadelphia get to
wait for dead air on 100.3?

*Sigh*
